The most important filters in Hrily

An integral part of the Hrily Platform is a system that helps to control the flow of information and the organization of the Care Agency’s work through an appropriate system of filters. Thanks to it, each employee can focus only on tasks that are important at the moment, e.g. finding the necessary documents, invoices, or checking settlements. In this article, we present examples of settings that indicate to individual people/departments what is to be done.

The number of records in the categories below is available in Hrily without additional clicking.

Record list = one click

Tools and filters for recruiting caregivers

A. Registration links that have been placed on the web function all the time, and after registration of the candidate for a caregiver, his data is immediately saved in the panel.

B. The number of candidates for caregivers that no one has called yet.

C. People who registered in the last 7 days (example) and have not been contacted.

D. Date of past contact with candidates for caregivers.

E. Contact with candidates set for today’s date. Number of caregivers recruited in the last 30 days/90 days or any other time interval.

F. In the profile of the caregiver in the “Matched Clients” tab there is a list of clients for whom the caregiver can work. There is an option to edit the match conditions.

G. The Hrily app shows how many caregivers we have recruited who have not been proposed to any family.

Coordination, i.e. the best match between caregivers and clients and more

A. The platform reminds us which client needs to add a contract.

B. In the table of contracts with caregivers, we have indicated contracts without a selected caregiver – in several time intervals, which are presented separately.

C. In the table of contacts with caregivers, we have indicated suggested people who have a date of adding or editing, for example, 2 days ago or earlier. We must call them.

D. In the customer profile, you can see matching caregivers. This streamlines the process in which the pairing criteria can be freely modified.

Transparent settlements in the Care Agency

A. The system itself will indicate the number of settlements of any kind. Adding billing is limited to entering rates.

B. Then use a table that will show how many contracts do not have added billing.

C. The billing table will show which settlements have not been added to your statements.

D. Similarly, the table with additions and deductions will indicate which receivables have not been added to the invoices.

E. All family/caregiver/partner billing in any time frame is available with a single click. Of course, it is possible to export to a CSV or PDF file.

A. Depending on whether you issue one invoice or two to the client (e.g. if there are two caregivers in one month), you can check the number of invoices to be issued.

– The first option is available in the Contract – filtering after days of care module

– The second option is available in the Settlements module – filtering by settlement category and selected month.

B. The system itself suggests which settlements should be included on a given invoice.

C. Monthly/quarterly/annual statements with any partners can be created as a PDF file or spreadsheet.

The number of documents created by Care Agencies from Poland is very large. Filtering documents by status, association with the caregiver/client/contract, and the date of the last edit allows you to set helpful filters.

A. Document sent, not signed, whose date was sent 5 days ago.

B. Document created but not sent.

C. In the field contract:

  • Customer Agreement Status
  • Caregiver Contract Status

They will indicate to the appropriate people what documents are to be prepared.

Organization of transport of caregivers

A. In the table with journeys, we set a filter with the date. For example, those that start from 4 days to 7 days have the status: to be done

B. In the table with settlements we have the entire list of transport services divided into carriers, calendar months, and payers.
